The initial setup process of Diigo was easy enough. However, I find the interface to be very confusing. I have joined the group, but haven't figured out how to do much more than that. I know it is required to use, but if it were my choice, I would use any other website if I am being completely honest. I like that I can upload my portfolio assignments as soon as I complete them.

Blogging has been an interesting experience. When I first read about this assignment, I figured we would be blogging about our lives, sort of like a journal. I was worried for this because I was afraid I would have nothing interesting to write about. Luckily, I was wrong and the assignment is always clearly stated of what I need to write about. This makes completing this assignment much more interesting and a lot easier to complete.

Youtube is something I would use as a web 2.0 tool in my future classroom because of the versatility of it. I can upload coursework on there for those who miss class, or I can add homework help that anyone would have access to. Youtube also would make it easy for my students to find my content because on my channel, I would have playlists for different units and it would all be clearly labeled. I could also use a flip classroom style in my future classroom by utilizing Youtube

  1. I agree about diigo being pretty confusing! I also thought the blogs would be like a personal journal, but it has been fairly easy to write about the things we learn in this class. Fun fact about me, I actually have a youtube channel and make vlogs about my life on it. I like your take on resources in your future classroom!
